Budget Workshops:
Will be held in the Library's Community Room on Thursdays of January 12, 26,
and February 9 (3rd meeting tentative) at 7:30 p.m. District Residents are
invited to attend. Trustee Election:
Petitions for the Office of Trustee of the Amityville Public Library will be
available Monday through Friday, 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. beginning Monday, February
6 at the Office of the School District Clerk, Park North Administration
Building, 150 Park Avenue. Last day to file a petition is Monday,
March 5 at 5 p.m. at the Office of the School District Clerk. For

Voter Registration:
Will be held at the Library on Tuesday, March 27 from 3 to 7 p.m. A person
needs to register only if he or she has not voted in any political, Library
or School election in the past four years.
Public Information Meeting:
Will be held at the Library on Tuesday, March 27 at 7:30 p.m.
Vote Day: Will be at the Library
on Tuesday, April 3 from 12 noon to 9 p.m.
To vote you must:

Be 18 years of age, or older, and a citizen
of the United States;

Have resided in the School District for at
least 30 days;

Be a registered voter in the School
District.
