DESCRIPTION:The CLHP’s network of non-profit partners and pro bono volun
 teers provide legal information, referrals, and limited-scope representati
 on through a phone line and brief-in person consultations at public librar
 ies.  The areas of law that most of the attorneys’ consult at the libra
 ry are immigration, family, landlord-tenant, senior, criminal, and bankrup
 tcy law.  They will help patrons by providing legal or non-legal informat
 ion or a referral elsewhere. Call (631) 822-3272 for more information or 
 to schedule an appointment with an attorney.  Please note they will be cl
 osed for the month of August and will not be taking any phone calls, email
 s or appointments.
