Museum Pass Policy

Museum passes may be borrowed by an Amityville Public Library adult cardholder in good standing.

Passes may be reserved in person, by phone or online up to 2 months in advance of the desired date, subject to availability. 

• Only one pass per family may be checked out at a time.
• When reserving a printable pass, reserve it for the date it will be used. You will receive a confirmation email that you can present to the Museum upon arrival.
• When booking a pass that is physical, reserve the pass for the date it will be picked up from the library. Museum Passes may be borrowed for up to 3 days and are to be returned to the Circulation, Children’s, or in the Book Drop no later than the library closing time on the due date.
• Patrons who reserve either the physical or printable pass must be the one to use the pass and may be required to show ID or their Amityville Public Library card. 
• A late fee of $10 per day will be issued for passes not returned on time. If the pass is lost, a replacement fee of $100-$500 will be issued based on the individual museum's charges for replacement. 
• The Town of Babylon Pool or Beach passes are $25.00 per day, with a late fee.
